Oppo New Upcoming Mid Range A Series Smartphone With High End Specs Leaked
Oppo is rumored to be working on a new mid-range A-series phone with high end specs. According to the tipster Digital Chat Station, the new phone will have the highest screen-to-body ratio in its class. It will also feature a single punch-hole camera on the front and a curved display.
MediaTek is the chip used in the Oppo A-series phones, and it is also used in the Find X5 series. Both these chips are made by MediaTek, and both are making inroads into the U.S. and Europe. One key collaboration between the two companies was the Reno 8 Pro.
Oppo has also announced a new phone series, the K series, which focuses on gaming and multimedia devices. The Oppo K10 was announced on 23 March 2022. It comes with a 6.4" Full HD+ AMOLED screen and an under-display fingerprint scanner. It packs a 4000mAh battery with VOOC 4.0 30W fast charging. The phone also comes with a 16 MP motorized pop-up front camera.
The X50 is also rumoured to be the company's next flagship. The device will arrive sometime this spring or summer and will feature the Snapdragon 7 or 8 series chipset. The device is also expected to have a headphone jack and a microSD slot.
While the A series phone will feature high end specs, it will be cheaper than its predecessor. The next generation flagships will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and MediaTek Dimensity 9200 chips. Oppo also plans to release the Find X6 phone in the early 2023 time frame.
The camera capabilities of phones is directly related to their price. However, even the cheapest phones can capture quality pictures and videos. The majority of users will share the captured content on social media or electronic messaging apps. Interestingly, the Sony IMX 689 sensor is larger than most, measuring one-third of an inch. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra's sensor is smaller. In general, smaller pixels mean poor low-light performance.
