Redmi Note 12 Pro Full Review - isn't as Impressive as That Redmi Note 11 Pro
When it comes to the latest and greatest phones, Xiaomi's Redmi Note 12 Pro is taking on the world. It is packed with impressive features, including an 8nm processor, 120Hz AMOLED screen, a 50 MP camera, and 67W fast charging. It's a phone that has a lot to offer, and is priced competitively.
Xiaomi's Redmi Note 12 Pro comes with an AMOLED Capacitive Touchscreen display that's renowned for producing high-resolution images. It also boasts 8 gigabytes of RAM, which allows it to execute a range of tasks with great speed. The phone's internal storage is also fairly large, with 128 GB of space.
The Redmi Note 12 Pro+ has a 6.67-inch screen with a punch-hole cutout for the 16 MP front-facing camera. The screen is also extremely bright, with a peak brightness of 900 nits. The screen also boasts an ultra-thin bezel, while an OLED panel is able to display more colors.
The Redmi Note 12 Pro has a lot of good features, but a few negatives need to be discussed. Its camera isn't as impressive as that of the Note 11 Pro, but it's still a decent camera with the ability to shoot in 4K 30fps. It also has an ultra-wide camera that records video in 1080P at 30 fps.
Xiaomi is announcing a new version of its flagship smartphone, the REDMI NOTE 12 Pro. This phone runs MIUI 13 and Android 12. It doesn't have the best coverage of 5G, but its coverage of sub-sixGHz bands is impressive. It's also missing out on mmWave. I tested the device on T-Mobile in the US and it worked fine. It made calls on the first try, but failed to send SMS messages on occasion.
Xiaomi's Redmi Note 12 Pro features dual cameras and an under-display fingerprint sensor. It also supports dual SIMs, VoLTE HD calling, and NFC. The phone also has a 3.5mm headphone jack. However, the screen's viewing angles are not that great and it shifts blue when tilted.
Despite the impressive list of features, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro doesn't deliver on battery life and performance. It's got a good display, good battery life, and the fastest charging battery, but its performance isn't on par with other flagship phones. However, it is not an ideal choice for every user.
Xiaomi's latest Redmi Note 12 Pro mobile has been launched on the 27th of October 2022. It features a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro-shooter, and a 16MP selfie camera. The device has a 5000mAh battery and supports proprietary fast charging. The rear panel has a 5.7-inch camera.
The screen is capable of a high refresh rate, up to 120Hz, but it's inconsistent, bouncing back and forth between 10Hz and 120Hz. The screen is also capable of 480Hz touch sampling, which means it reacts more quickly to touch input.
